Our Mission

The Women’s Ministry of the World Harvest Community Center and our faithful staff are committed as a team to serve the women of this church and beyond. Our mission is summed up in four words; Prayer, Evangelism, Fellowship and Mentoring.

The men of Bay Ridge Christian Center are committed to building godly men to serve Christ in their home, church, work place and community. Our goal is to provide opportunities specifically designed to equip men in Biblical principles applicable for today where men can grow connect with other men, mature and become the leaders, husbands, fathers and servants that God has designed us to be.

Walking Tall Men’s Ministry provides a great environment in which men come together and enjoy a time of fellowship and growing in the Lord. From worship and music, to the studying of the Word of God, we work together to minister in areas specifically related to men; and to develop personal friendships with other men that carry on year after year in Christ.

There are a many opportunities for men to come together and fellowship around the Word of God. This includes monthly group fellowship, special event breakfast gatherings, men’s conferences and annual retreats. The purpose of fellowship is to build one another up in the faith, hold each other accountable, pray for one another’s needs, and encourage each other to continue pushing forward in our walk as followers of Christ.

Children are a blessing from the Lord. With these blessings also come responsibilities. As stewards of God’s children, parents are responsible for helping children grow physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. Churches have a responsibility toward children, too. We provide an environment in which children are safe, are taught at an age-appropriate level, and are encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. Children’s church takes place at 10:30 a.m. in the lower level immediately following the 8 a.m. service.

Missionettes Girls Clubs is a program for winning girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance. Missionettes provides an environment of support and accountability while helping girls to develop their gifts and abilities. In addition, girls build lifelong relationships with mentors who encourage girls to be spiritual leaders. Missionettes meets every Wednesday At 7:30pm.

Divine Design is an outreach to Young Adults where every Saturday night we gather together to worship the Lord, grow in His Word and get connected with one another.

A casual environment with a Spirit-filled atmosphere, we dare young adults to discover their God given destinies. We teach kingdom principles found in the Word that they can apply to their everyday lives in order to live victoriously and make a difference in this world.

Single But NOT Alone – is intended to encourage singles to come to the understanding that God would have us utilize this season of being Single to serve Him without limitations.

33But the married man is anxious about worldly matters-how he may please his wife. 34And he is drawn in diverging directions [his interests are divided and he is distracted from his devotion to God]. And the unmarried woman or girl is concerned and anxious about the matters of the Lord, how to be wholly separated and set apart in body and spirit; but the married woman has her cares [centered] in earthly affairs–how she may please her husband. 35Now I say this for your own welfare and profit, not to put [a halter of] restraint upon you, but to promote what is seemly and in good order and to secure your undistracted and undivided devotion to the Lord. I Corinthians 7:33-35 (AMP)

We are ONE body (Romans 12:4-5), and each of us belongs to one another. Each of us has a vital part to play in the expansion of the Kingdom of God, (Ephesians 2:10.) Our prayer is that as we come alongside one another, we would build each other up, encourage one another, support each other and celebrate one another; for we are Single But NOT Alone.

  • BRCC Single Mom’s Ministry believes there is a covering that carries us during the difficultlies of being a single mother.
  • Our first covering is our Kingsman redeemer, the Lord almighty.
  • Following him we are under Bay Ridge Christian Center’s Daughter’s of the King ministry’s covering.
  • We are a group of women that are in need of supporting one another, sharing with one another, empowering one another, lifting one another up and simply being there for one another. Sharing eachothers victories as well as keeping eachother saturated in prayer.
  • We look forward to coming together as sisters for great fellowship, fun, testimonies and partaking in the Love of a God who has a special place in his heart for single mothers.

...so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
